Alicia Haley
Owner & Principal Designer
|
Alicia’s creative journey started in the media world of television and radio advertising. After earning a bachelor of science in business administration, she spent 15 years working in local broadcast in both Boston and New York buying national advertising campaigns for global companies.
After years of living and working in Manhattan, Alicia and her husband relocated to the historic neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights where they eventually started their family. As she settled into her new life as a mother, Alicia began decorating homes of friends and family on the side and realized design was her true calling. What started as a hobby helping people has now developed into an almost decade long career.
Before founding Hale & Co Interiors, Alicia Haley worked for a prestigious design studio in Brooklyn Heights where she gained valuable experience working with clients with a variety of needs and personal tastes. Alongside leading professionals in the design industry, Alicia has partnered with clients to decorate their new construction homes or to redecorate existing homes or office spaces.
With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to business, Alicia has proven herself as an innovative designer. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, Alicia guides her clients through every phase of the design process and is able to marry color and style masterfully. She believes that beautiful rooms, whether in personal spaces or commercial properties, need to be comfortable and reflect both her client’s taste and practical needs. She remains committed to helping clients reach the best version of their overall vision.
Between creating concept boards and sourcing new products, Alicia can be found running in Brooklyn Bridge Park with her dog Tallulah, or spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
